Women in Thoroughbred Racing NT invite our members to our Annual General Meeting. Have a glass of Jansz on us, and enjoy some finger food while we wrap up 2026.
Pursuant to Clause 30 of the Constitution, 9 of the current Committee are not required to stand for re-election, therefore nominations are being sought for two additional Committee members.
The position of Secretary was vacated during the year, and Committee Member Lauren Hill has been acting in this position. To meet our obligations under the constitution, Women in Thoroughbred Racing NT will need to seek nominations to fill this position, however Lauren has indicated she would like to be formally appointed to this position at the AGM.
There will also be one vacancy for general Committee member, and we are seeking nominations from members who are willing to donate their time and energy for regular committee meetings (approximately 10 per year), syndicate management, and supporting events. Please note these roles require work to be undertaken both at meetings, and between meetings to support operations.

The AGM will start promptly at 3:00pm, with registrations welcome from 2:30pm.
